If you think that there aren’t that many companies hiring nowadays or many travel industry positions available, think again. There are many companies in the travel industry who are hiring for a variety of positions, from entry level to senior management, and from customer service reps to pilots. Here, on TravelJobs, you can find more than 200 openings.

You can narrow your search by location, job type, salary, hours and other factors. Here are just a few of the companies — spanning 14 states — who are hiring right now and what they are looking for (keep in mind this list changes every day).

AAA Allied Group: Depending on where you live, there may be a job for you at AAA. They have a variety of locations that need full-time experienced and entry-level travel agents to assist clients with planning their vacation travel. AAA offers employees a program with full benefits.

American Queen Steamboat Company: Here you can work for the company that provides tours on the American Queen and the American Empress river boats. American Queen Steamboat Company is looking for a remote reservationist as well as a regional sales director selling steamboat vacations to consumers and travel agents.  

At Sea: If working on a cruise line is your dream job, Celebrity is looking to fill several on-board positions, including a florist, baker, host or hostess, youth program manager, pool attendant and more. Royal Caribbean, Princess, Holland America, and Norwegian are also looking for help.

Bluegreen Vacations: This company manages and markets the Bluegreen Vacation Club vacation ownership program and they are looking for an activities coordinator, appointment setters, customer service reps and hotel concierge.  

Behind-the-wheel: There are a few opportunities at car rental company Avis, who is hiring for several locations across the United States and its competitor Enterprise, who is searching for management trainees.  

Up in the air: Frontier Airlines is searching for a full-time airline station manager, while flight attendants are needed for both GoJet Airlines and United Airlines. United Airlines currently has more than a dozen openings, including flight attendants, managers, transportation agents and more. Sun Country Airlines is looking to fill a variety of on-the-ground opportunities, such as a staff accountant, equipment assemblers, dispatchers and food supervisors.

Be Hospitable: In the hospitality industry, Wynn Las Vegas, Hilton, Holiday Inn, Marriott, MGM Resorts International, and Courtyard all have several job openings. Some of the opportunities include: events managers, public relations & marketing managers, gaming specialists, human resource managers, barista, catering managers, chef de cuisine, lead barista and more.  

Cuba-centric: Now that the doors to Cuba have been opened, companies such as InsightCuba, a non-profit travel company specializing solely in legal people-to-people travel to Cuba for Americans, is looking for someone to manage their call center in Westchester County, New York and in Panamá City, Panamá.
