Selected candidate will serve clients and members directly by booking travel in all product categories, to include the preparation of complex itineraries with a mix of products; actively solicit and promote new travel business; advise on best value, location, and mode of travel to meet client needs and develop book of business; complete reservations and advise clients regarding documentation requirements; consummate sales by making necessary travel arrangements (i.e. reservation, collection of money, and processing of documents); receive and resolve related customer concerns and build and grow a book of client business.  


- - Support the AAA Auto Club’s Travel preferred partner program.


- - Meet or exceed expected sales levels.




Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills One to two years demonstrated professional sales experience with proven travel background and well developed client base PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


Knowledge of proficient sales and prospecting techniques, customer relationship skills, airline reservation systems, to include bookings of domestic and international air, hotel, car, insurance, tour, cruise, monetary requirements and cancellation/change penalties, travel regulations including A.R.C., internet sites for research and booking capabilities, and domestic and international preferred products and supplie Experience with Apollo software Two years demonstrated professional sales experience with proven travel background and well developed client base Additional Qualifications


Successful completion of Background investigation  Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
