Job Description

IWorld of Travel is looking for a Team Operations Manager to work closely with the company management team to achieve the highest levels of customer service and quality consistency. The role requires interacting with both internal and external team members as well as with a global collection of suppliers and clients. This person will have a high level of organizational skills be well versed in Excel and Word and be highly motivated to maintain high operational standards.Knowledge of travel industry a plus.

Core responsibilities include but not limited:

  • Review and standardizing operational procedures 
  • Improve productivity to maximize profit
  • Streamline operational procedures to improve customer service
  • Liaise with suppliers 
  • Monitor supplier communication turnaround time 
  • Verify pricing and invoicing 
  • Review outgoing documents for quality consistency
  • Resolve service issues
