General accounting for Corporation and Customer Service for clients

Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable  
  • ARC Report Assistance and Backup
  • Data editing
  • Credit Card Reconciliations for Customer Accounts
  • On Demand Reporting for Corporation and Customers
  • Weekly/Monthly Reporting and Service Fee Billing
  • Customer Service Accounting Questions – Invoice Support
  • Bank Deposits

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Good Knowledge and Experience working in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Accounting experience/education
  • Ability to adapt quickly, work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, self-start and problem solve
  • Written and oral correspondence directly with customers
  • Complete follow-through with regard to customer requests and needs
  • Track and report any serious problems to your manager or the leadership team to ensure account stability
