What will I be doing?

A Common Grounds Area Supervisor with Hilton Grand Vacations Hotels&Resorts is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the hotel facility including common areas, maintenance of pools, driveways, bbq areas, athletic playing areas, playgrounds, parking areas and related facility equipment. Supervises, directs and coordinates daily work assignments and specific tasks performed by grounds person and pool technicians. Working supervisor that contributes to the success of internal/external preventative maintenance programs and ensures quality and timely performance through follow-up inspection and due diligence. Commitment and dedication to our Spirit of Service culture is an expected behavior to be displayed towards our guests and team members at all times. Specifically, you would be responsible for the following:

  • Oversees the common areas, maintenance of pools, driveways, bbq areas, athletic playing areas, playgrounds and parking areas.
  • Observes routine grounds and pools maintenance needs, sets priorities, schedules and makes work assignments.
  • Performs routine trash collection and removal. Coordinates dumpster removal and reinstallation throughout the property per needs of department. Monitors green waste collections and disposals.
  • The ability to follow manufacturer's guidelines and recommendations for preventative maintenance of all related equipment will be essential.

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • One to three years of related experience required.

    • Three to five years of experience preferred.
