Busser, The Pines Steakhouse
A Busser at San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino is very important to the smooth operation of our very busy food outlets. As the person responsible for the cleanliness of the Pines Steakhouse, the busser will arrange tables so that they are appealing to the eye and promote a comfortable dining experience.
More importantly, though, they are able to keep the operation of our restaurant running smoothly. By working efficiently, they are able to open up more tables for potential seating; thus reducing wait times.
As a busser you will be responsible for setting and clearing tables and restocking plates, utensils, condiments and ice bins. You will also be responsible for logging and dispensing food waste, and emptying trash bins when needed.
Your commitment to high-quality customer service is essential to ensure each guest is serviced with enthusiasm and a friendly smile while maintaining the cleanliness of the dining areas.
Your excellent communication skills will be used to greet guests and answer questions while out on the floor. A busser spends all of his/her time working on their feet.
