Job Description:

The Owner Services Supervisor is a full-time position that assists with the supervision of Owner Services Representatives and ensures the smooth operation of day to day tasks within the Owner Services Department. Supervisors ensure all company and departmental standards are being adhered to at all times by department team members, as well as assisting the Owner Services Manager with maintaining a high quality of customer service being provided to our Owners and Guests. This position is also responsible for the consistent accuracy of data and reservations generated by the department. This position will also be instrumental in training new Owner Services Representatives.

Minimum Skills Required:

-High School Diploma or GED

-2-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a customer service or call center environment

-Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

-Strong oral and verbal communication skills

-Ability to pay close attention to detail and strong customer service skills

Optional Skills a Plus:

-Previous supervisory experience

-SPI Property management System experience

-Knowledge of the timeshare industry
