Director of Resort Operations

Leading Hilton Head Island company seeks an experienced and enthusiastic professional to fulfill the responsibilities of Director of Resort Operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive hotel, lodging, vacation rental or related industry experience and a record of accomplishment. Fluency in Microsoft Office products and great communications skills are required. Our Director of Resort Operations oversees all operational departments from service delivery to revenue generation. Some areas of major focus include:

* Quality Control - ensuring brand-standard quality is maintained.

* Property Management - maintaining a hands-on presence to reinforce strong client ties and quality of service.

*Cost Containment - developing and working within budgets

* Resort Services - overseeing operation and profitability of support functions such as maintenance and housekeeping.

* Human Resources - building and retaining a strong team.

*Reservations - over-site of front desk and reservations functions.
