ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Research vendors or suppliers for assigned upcoming events and make recommendations to the Promotions Senior Supervisor.

* Be thoroughly knowledgeable of all rules and procedures to all promotions and events taking place both on property and off.

* Notify Promotions Senior Supervisor of any rules or procedures violations to be corrected.

* Conduct promotional drawings and contact winner(s). Follow up with all paper work involved.

* Create promotional pieces, coupons and certificates for assigned promotional events, copying all involved departments as well as the Accounting department.

* Participate in promotional meetings to develop ideas for future events.

* Monitor and report reservation and response rates for specific events.

* Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with company policies and procedures.

* Record expenses for each event.

* Respond to inquiries from customers for information regarding upcoming events.

* Prepare various memoranda, correspondence and reports as needed.

* Monitor all in-house signage, brochure racks, etc. for out-dated or damaged signs.

* Inventory warehouse and property merchandise on a monthly basis, keeping Senior Supervisor and Casino Marketing Manager aware of any and all changes.

* Assist with our weekly sports show by arranging with the Producer of the show, the arrival and departure of the show's guests as well as doing check in and giving away the weekly prizes.

* Assist in the arrival and set up of live entertainment and decorators.

* Any other duties as assigned by the Promotions Senior Supervisor, Casino Marketing Manager or Vice President of Marketing.
