Directs recreational and wellness as well as development of the seasonal programming calendar. Maintains accurate records including attendance statistics, staffing, problems encountered, etc.

Participate in the orientation of new employees (with regard to the Employee Recreation Department) at Employee Training orientation.

Investigate recreation-related accidents (motor vehicle, personal injury), complete documentation and forward to the HR department. Follow up as directed

Assists as needed with the supervision of Employee housing areas

Assist as needed in the event of an emergency (i. e. floods, windstorms, fires, and rockslides).

Perform other work-related duties as requested by management.


1. Must have a valid driver s license and the ability to operate company vehicles.

2. Must be professional in appearance, possess a friendly disposition, and have the ability to work under pressure.

3. Basic math skills required.

4. Must have strong English language verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

5. Requires the ability to organize and prioritize daily duties to meet deadlines.

6. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.

7. Requires the ability to bend, stretch, reach and squat constantly throughout the day.

8. Supervisory experience preferred.
