All Star Travel Group is seeking a seasoned Leisure Operations Supervisor. The Los Angeles-based agency caters to an extremely elite clientele, most of whom are some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry, to create the ultimate in bespoke luxury travel experiences. As such, the ideal candidate with possess solid and specialized knowledge of luxury hotels, destinations, tour operators/DMC’s and relevant contacts worldwide. This is a client-facing role, and as such, candidates should be able to converse eloquently and confidently with a wide variety of strong personalities.

  • Must have advanced skills using the Sabre reservations system to book air, car and hotel, and for invoicing and ticketing also in Sabre. Be adept at using the internet to research destinations, accommodations, travel advisories, reviews and costs in order to best meet customers’ travel objectives.
  • Must be experienced with the delicate hand holding of dealing with High Profile VIPs, and have the confidence to guide them towards making the right choices for their trips.
  • Must possess extensive knowledge of fine hotels and resorts the world over, ranging from the major big cities to smaller exclusive destinations, favored by a high net-worth clientele.
  • Must be able to prioritize daily tasks to achieve timely completion of all travel arrangements including ticketing, invoicing and accounting related to the same.
  • Will handle most customer service issues directly with the appropriate vendor(s) with the goal of achieving the best resolution on behalf of and in the interest of customers and the agency.


  • Minimum 5 years recent experience as a full-time travel agent, booking domestic and international travel in Sabre, using public and private carriers.
  • Must be familiar with travel industry standard references, electronic and printed, as needed for the effective and timely completion of all work.
  • 5 years minimum recent experience booking Tickets in NATIVE Sabre.
