Providesuncompromising levels of guest service. This includes but is not limited to;the proper, trained greeting of all Recharge Salon and Cardio Center guests.Answer of all incoming calls in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.Provides assistance and information regarding all services and products, and the correct booking, checkingin, and billing of all guest's services and purchases all while maintain anupbeat and positive attitude.

* Displays an engagingpersonality that attracts guests with an always present smile, clear voice, andwillingness to initiate conversation without prompting.

* Provide a warm and sinceregreeting and farewell to all guests while recognizing guest's appropriately andby name when known.

* Answers telephone using correctverbiage with pleasant attitude.

* Exhibits a sincere desire tocomply with guest requests.

* Accurately schedules allappointments, up selling when possible.

* Settles guest checks to theirpreferred payment method, making sure they are correct and complete prior toobtaining guest signature.

* Completes all opening and endof shift protocols efficiently and correctly.

* Gathers necessary guestinformation efficiently and correctly.

* Accurately balances cash draweron a daily basis.

* Maintains immaculatecleanliness of your reception area and salon.

* Takesownership of situations or tasks by fully understanding the issue, asking forhelp when needed, communicates progress, and delivers results effectively andefficiently.

* Regularly attends, participatesin and supports training and staff meetings.

* Assists in all areas of thesalon operation as requested by management/lead.

* High School graduate or equivalent is required.

* Minimum one-year customer service experience requested.

* Receptionist and/or salon experience preferred.

* Must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to express oneself in a professional, clear and concise fashion.

* Must possess excellent customer service, organizational skills, ability to multitask.

* Must be a team player and enjoy working as part of a group as well as with little to no supervision.

* Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

* Must be flexible and able work any day of the week and any shift.

* Must present a contemporary professional image in compliance with appearance guidelines as set in the Team Member Handbook.

Preferred:

* Previous casino and or hospitality experience.
