How we look & appear to each guest provides an important impression of our Company. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate records and preparing, reviewing, and analyzing reports; responsible for banking, money distribution, cash drop verification, and cash flow functions.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

* Oversees the activities of the Casino Cage, Pit Clerk, Cashiering, Cage Banks and Vault areas, as well as the supervision of personnel within those areas

* Plans, develops and directs staffing and training of management staff and line level employees and ensures that each has a clear understanding of the department service requirements

* Ensures that all guests receive excellent service from all employees thereby enhancing repeat business

* Monitors all activities of the reporting departments and issues service requests to the Information Technology department to enhance operations, streamline functions, improve guest service, or reduce payroll costs

* Oversees the Interviewing and Hiring of staff according to the open schedules set by the manager/director

* Reviews documentation for recommendation of terminations in conjunction with company policies and procedures

* Provides direction and guidance of managerial staff to develop professionalism and knowledge of company policies and procedures

* Compliance with NIGC, Internal Controls including all necessary reports, submissions, and interaction with the Gaming Commission

* Responsible for monitoring all gaming chips, tokens, coin, currency checks, counter checks, and other cash equivalents and forms and records relating to the Casino Cage, Cashiering and Pit Clerk areas


* Minimum 2 years of Casino Cage Supervisory experience required

* College degree in Finance or Business preferred

* Must possess ability to interact with patrons, staff and other departments in a courteous, friendly and professional manner at all times

* Must possess a clear understanding of the issuance/redemption of Markers and manual backup for the times when there is a system issue

* Must possess ability to maintain visual attention and mental concentration for significant periods of time

* Must be able to read and comprehend industry periodicals and write fairly detailed reports, memos or letters

* Must possess strong oral and written communication skills

* Must possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

* Must possess ability to perform complex analysis involving multiple variables and apply concepts as percentages, fractions and ratios to generate practical solutions

Work Environment:

* Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in the back of house of the casino, which can be faced-paced with excessive noise. Also, there may be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.
