Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems - Global Logistics and Operational Support (GL&OS) function is seeking a Contractor Logistics Support Site Manager for Autonomous Systems at Main Operating Base Naval Base Ventura, reporting to the Fielded Aircraft Support Team Manager. The Site Lead will lead a group of approximately 30 field service representatives, technicians, and mechanics whose responsibilities include supporting the flight and maintenance for the Triton aircraft.

In this role, the selected candidate will be expected to:

* Implement and execute the Global Logistics and Operational Support (GL&OS) activities for the site

* Supervise daily operations of company personnel assigned to Field Service and Site Infrastructure in support of contractual requirements and corporate goals

* Plans, directs, manages and controls the cost, schedule and technical performance to include oversight of contractor presence (including Northrop Grumman Technology Services and Supplier representatives) supporting the Customer's worldwide Triton operations

* Execution of repair and resupply concepts and plans

* Maintain liaison role with IPTs having direct impact on the air vehicles, ground stations, field support systems, configuration management, technical orders, field modifications, repair programs, software support, and other field support activities in order to exchange information, coordinate efforts, and resolve problems

The Site Lead works closely with the customer and local community in support of and in compliance with company policies and objectives. This position requires excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as demonstrated leadership and problem solving skills.

This position is a rotational assignment that will be based in Ventura for approximately 12 months with the expectation of a relocation to Andersen AFB, Guam. A comprehensive overseas compensation package, including relocation assistance, is provided.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree

* At least 9 years of logistics engineering, aviation, and/or maintenance experience

* Must have been in a lead or manager role

* Must have ability to obtain and maintain Secret DoD clearance

* Must have ability to work in Ventura, CA for approximately one year and then relocate to Andersen AFB, Guam

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience working with military customers

* Degree in engineering or other technical field

* Prior responsibility for site operations is a significant plus

* Experience in managing cost and schedule

* Maintenance management and operations experience
