Hollywood Casino St. Louis is currently hiring a talented Wardrobe Attendant to join the team!

An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

Your daily responsibilities include:
  • Assist employees with uniform exchange
  • Collect and inspect uniforms from terminated or transferred employees
  • Prepare soiled uniforms for laundry pick-up
  • Inspect and sort all clean uniforms
  • Issue and collect aprons and accessories
  • Record sales of items on transaction slips and employee's department as required, totally at end of shift
  • Complete loan slips for borrowed uniforms or accessories
  • Counts, tickets, and hangs all stock for Company Store
  • Operate employee coat room
  • Complete new hire and termination paperwork and issue lockers
  • Unpack and hang stock
  • Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner
  • Acknowledges and responds to customers immediately
  • Is able to answer questions about Harrah's facilities and services
  • Anticipate customer needs
  • Offers to help others complete work
  • Provides fast, friendly service to customers
  • Supports fun and excitement in dept
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Able to keep records in English and maintain mathematic records
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Professional appearance
  • Team player
  • Must be able to use computer system issued for wardrobe
  • Lift upwards 30 pounds from the ground to above head level
  • Lift, carry, and hang uniforms constantly from one rack to another
  • Push and pull heavy racks of uniforms
  • Reach over the head to either hand a uniform or to remove a uniform
  • Climb or step up and down from a ladder or step stool
  • Continually and quickly maneuver in a small work area
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
  • Respond to visual and aural cues
  • Read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
