The Mural Room Busser / Busperson is expected to assist the serving staff in all areas of the restaurant operation. This position is responsible to greet all guests of the dining room with a warm, heartfelt welcome, additionally assisting all guests in a prompt, courteous and professional manner, serving water, bread and butter and additionally assisting the waitstaff in serving non-alcoholic beverages. The busser is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room, including cleaning and resetting of dining tables. This position is also expected to restock all side stations before, during and after each shift, as well as assist in all openings and closing procedures of the dining room.

The ?must haves? for this position include:

* Excellent people skills

* Excellent communication skills

* Proven abilities with customer service

* Ability to work long hours and varied shifts

* Food and Beverage Experience

* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:

* Knowledge of fine dining

* Acute attention to detail
