Part-time Shipping/Receiving Associate

(U.S. Citizenship Required*)

Kilgore, Texas


    The Material Handler position performs a combination of stocking, cycle counting, data verification, picking and issuing material from various material crib locations to manufacturing production floors. This person will also assist with the packing and preparing of items for internal and external shipment. Must be able to perform in a dynamic high paced manufacturing environment and manage changing priorities as assigned by manufacturing lead. Work tasks must be completed in a timely manner and the quality of the work must be accurate.
    Experience working with electronic parts on tape and reel Background handling material that is Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) sensitive Clear experience with hand scanners for inventory control purposes Clear knowledge of material planning, control and inventory methodology Clear organizational skills Ability to track, expedite, and pick material shortages to the manufacturing floor Ability to complete work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognize the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to follow established procedures on routine work, only requiring specific instructions on new assignments

Education and Experience :

High School Diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
