Your daily responsibilities include: SUMMARY

To effectively perform duties to accommodate our high-end customers in the VIP Lounge by personally greeting them, making reservations and arranging other services that are required or requested in a prompt and courteous manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and Cast Members.
  • Greet guests with a warm, personal greeting.
  • Check guests into the VIP Lounge.
  • Replace Hollywood Casino Club cards or re-issue VIP Club cards as needed.
  • Print and Issue comps in a timely manner as instructed.
  • Accurately complete hotel and limousine forms, and enter the information into the computer system including comments.
  • Assemble packets for guests, which may include tickets, complimentary passes, Concierge suite passes, etc. as directed.
  • Accept and record in person RSVP?s to parties and events.
  • Assist with events as needed.
  • Must be knowledgeable of property products, promotions and events.
  • Update and maintain all VIP log sheets (check in, limo, hotel, etc.)
  • Complete telemarketing calls to ensure guest awareness of property events and to help increase casino business levels.
  • Provide support to the Player Development staff and VIP Communication Representatives.
  • Must display a passion for their duties.
  • Must create fun for the guest appropriate to a casino environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set: EDUCATION AND OR EXPERIENCE

1-2 years related experience with knowledge of computer programs required to perform essential functions; possess general administrative and/or secretarial skills. This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and Cast Members. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must understand and speak the English language.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the Cast Member is regularly required to talk and hear. The Cast Member frequently is required to stand and walk. The Cast Member is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and crouch. The Cast Member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The Cast Member requires manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance. Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs occasionally.
