Maintains confidentiality of all Borgata trade secrets and proprietary information including business processes, customer lists, marketing plans and any other confidential information

Directly supervises the operation and conduct of the Slot Administration Office and staff, with regards to hiring, scheduling, discipline, and performance evaluations

Effectively resolves any situations that arise that cannot be handled by the Slot Management

Completes administrative projects assigned by department managers, directors, technicians, or the V.P. of Operations

Required to cover job duties of when subordinates are unavailable due to sick time, jury duty, vacations, or leaves of absence

Functions as the liaison for all Slot Personnel issues with the talent department, maintaining an ongoing, positive working relationship and open dialogue between the departments

Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to second hand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment

Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the Casino/Hotel areas

Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Two years office management or related experience is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, automated scheduling and other company/department mandated programs.

Associate degree in Management or Education preferred

Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision skills a must

Ability to perform basic math computations and the manipulation of numbers

Must meet the requirements of the attached "Position Demands"

Ability to express ideas and make recommendations concerning job related issues

Ability to deliver formal presentations to a variety audience

Knowledge of CCC rules and regulations and company/department policy and procedure
