A Sales Executive ? In House (Japanese/English) with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for presenting the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and programs to our owners and potential owners to generate maximum net sales volume while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.

What will I be doing?

As a Sales Executive - In House (Japanese/English) you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

* Welcome primarily Japanese clients and present luxury Hilton Grand Vacation ownership products to potential buyers.

* Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Liaise with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise.

* Attend all sales training and sales meeting for key information on Hilton Grand Vacation Club product and related updates.

* Utilize selling concepts prompted at Hilton Grand Vacations. Utilize various forms of communication (ie: email, telephone and written correspondence) to interface with guest owners.

* Generate referral leads with each new customer.

* Promote a positive work environment and adhere to Hilton Grand Vacation core values and policies.

* Work well in a team environment.

* Valid Hawaii Real Estate License or the ability to obtain a Hawaii Real Estate License within the first 45 days of employment

* Minimum of one year of customer service experience

* Minimum one year of proven sales experience

* 6 months of previous timeshare/vacation ownership experience.

* Proven ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced environment

* Ability to resolve complex customer service issues

* Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

* Fluency in Japanese (speak, read, write) and business level English

* High school diploma or equivalent

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

* 2 or more years of proven ability to negotiate high end sales and effectively close sales

* 2 or more years of customer service experience

* Current Hawaii Real Estate license holder

* 1 or more years of previous timeshare/vacation ownership experience.

* Previous Hilton Grand Vacations experience
