* Generates a minimum of 70 calls per day to qualified casino customers.

* Converts a minimum of 2.5% of all customers called to a future reservation.

* Emphasis is on marketing inactive/new players and underperforming special events.

* Works in conjunction with Casino Marketing and Marketing Executives to ensure these customers are appropriately accommodated (i.e. accurate room reservations, transportation, etc.).

* Evaluates customers' casino activity to determine complimentaries (room, food/beverage, and other).

* Resolves customer disputes and complaints.

* Enforces the privacy of all guests and limits requests for information about such guests in accordance with hotel policies. Ensures confidentiality of all casino information.

* Perform all other job related duties as requested.


* At least 1 year of continuous guest service experience.

* Ability to react and adjust your approach and marketing strategy during a conversation.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and provide guests with an exceptionally enjoyable experience.

* Ability to accurately type 30 words per minute.

* Strong verbal and communication skills.

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

* Professional appearance and demeanor.

* Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.


* Previous experience in Casino Marketing.
