VSR Industries has been a world leader for over 40 years in the casino gaming industry, manufacturing high security locks and custom fabricated sheet metal and wood products. Corporate headquarters and manufacturing plants are located in Henderson, NV.

We are seeking a motivated individual to provide administrative and service support to the sales team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assists in producing quotes for customer orders and maintaining all quote documentation with accurate pricing, specifications, and configurations.
  • Creates and maintains electronic job folders to include all documentation and information required to fulfill jobs.
  • Interfaces with applicable personnel and departments throughout the entire job to ensure all required information, updates, etc. are disseminated and handled as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent customer service, teamwork, and oral/written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel required.
  • Experience with MAS 500 a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
