Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Data Base Manager, the incumbent assists inOverseeing daily operations of busing department and support staff.

* Exhibitconduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and Statelaws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies andprocedures.

* Consistentlydeliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactionswith guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.

* Performcoupon allocation and general accounting assignments as necessary, includingthe balancing of the batch free play and food voucher items at the end of eachshift.

* Communicate information to Casino Operations, Food and Beverageand other operating departments as necessary.

* Resolve customer disputes in a courteous, professional andefficient manner.

* Maintain accurate passenger counts.

* Receive records, confirmations and charter reservations.

* Prepare daily charter manifest. Compile weekly and monthly charterreports.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of player tracking systems,promotions, events, entertainment and general property information.

* Providetechnical guidance and support to the staff and work with management toimplement departmental and property policies and procedures.

* Maintaina clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.

* Demonstratea commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol serviceby discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns andobservations.

* Ensureprompt and discrete notification to senior management and/or the Ethics Hotlineof any observation of illegal acts and/or internal ethics violations.

* Performother duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.

* Four (4) year degree preferred.

* Two (2) to Four (4) years of experience in bus operations/tour and travel required.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, andAbilities:

Musthave solid planning, time management, decision-making, organization, andinterpersonal skills. The ability tothrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking, hands-on environment. Ability to establish and maintain a positiveand professional working relationship with all individuals. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Officeincluding Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
