Job Description

This is a private golf (country) club seeking a department head manager in the new position of Manager, Member Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manager club website
  • Manager production of the club's bi-monthly newsletter
  • Interact with club members in "concierge-style" services
  • Manage member communications
  • Assist the Operations Manager in restaurant and special events coverage
  • Year-round employment

???Qualifications:

  • Experience in upper level hospitality management: hotels, private clubs, restaurants, resorts
  • Strong communications skills: written and verbal
  • Comfortable with business computer programs
  • Polished presentation and personal interaction skills
  • Occasional weekends and evening hours during Cape Cod "high season"
Company Description The all-new Clubhouse for Woods Hole Golf Club (founded in 1899) opened last September and is now open year-round. A new era for the Club has successfully begun! As a critical part of the overall management team, we are offering this new position to aid membership marketing, and clubhouse events and restaurant operations.
Working directly for the GM/Chief Operating Officer, this position will be involved in the critical components of private club management - membership services...restaurant operations...private venue events...communication instruments...and website management.
