Job Summary

If you are going to work in sales, where do you go? ...TO THE MONEY. The E-Cigarette Industry's market capped out at 12 Billion in 2016 with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 22.36%, and is projected to break 50B by 2025. What does that mean?

People are buying a lot of what we sell, and we sell it all.

So, while the base pay we offer isn't something you'd write home about (~1750/m) commission opportunities in our rapidly expanding industry are very substantial. To put that in perspective, a close friend who is the top sales rep for a well known company made $886,000 last year selling one of the 32 brands we distribute. The money is there for the taking, and the pot is getting bigger, that being said, this job is not for everyone. This position boils down to phone sales, plain and simple. While our environment, company attitude, and methods are fun and unique, its still a boiler room. Expect to show up, laugh and joke around, while hammering out 50-100 calls a day. The idea applicant for this job is a young professional (30ish), college educated, creative, adaptable, and a highly motivated individual with at least two years of sales training. I hire fun people that I would like to hang out with, as we travel and work together so much, it becomes a tight group. You must be energetic while maintaining (to the best of your ability) a level of calm and zen throughout the day, as staying positive and jumping on each call with the same enthusiasm is critical to success. While we do sales training as a team, the applicant must be extremely comfortable cold calling, meeting new people, or adapting to new situations.

Finding Leads / Daily Prospecting
Managing your customer relationships
Balancing Time
Hitting Sales Gaols
Using Excel, Word, Xero, Shipping Easy, Zoho, and other related software so you must be very well versed in using computers.
