Responsibilities: Partner with leadership, marketing areas, sales, product teams, PR, and other business areas to offer strategic consultation and formulate the value proposition, positioning, messaging, and key selling points for GBT products and services Write and manage high-end digital and print sales and marketing collateral such as: fact sheets, slides, emails, web content, sales presentations, custom bids, videos, RFP answers, interactive tools, and infographics Identify the best medium and packaging (i.e., not only PowerPoint presentations) to present our message to set us apart from our competition Identify and implement strategic customization needs by industry, segment, and market Ensure all content and assets are on brand, compliance approved, and have a consistent voice and customer-focused message Determine global use of assets and manage translating assets into required languages Distribute new assets internally to drive awareness and usage Concept/create/manage assets and presentation tools that enable sales and client management teams to work more effectively and independently Onboard and manage agencies and vendors to complete projects when necessary Qualifications 8+ years writing and/or designing marketing collateral in a corporate marketing department Deep understanding of a B2B or B2B2C business model Strong writing and editorial skills required Strategic thinker who quickly synthesizes new information and can learn multiple products to create new marketing plans and assets with powerful messaging Strong relationship building skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and external partners Ability to fully absorb and consistently apply brand / visual identity regulations across all work Relevant experience defining and managing the usage of content across various mediums Experience guiding agencies and providing art direction to develop content and assets Requirements: You love words and using them to craft powerful taglines, value statements, and stories You thrive in an environment where you get to work independently and bring your creative ideas forward You seek to break the status quo and to develop truly innovative content to differentiate GBT You understand, and can write, the varying message types required across various mediums (i.e., the difference between email copy vs. copy for sales slides) You think outside the box and stay current on content marketing trends You love driving the brand You are a self-starter who uses good judgment and quickly builds trust with partners You enjoy juggling numerous projects and take pride in meeting deadlines You belong on a highly talented, passionate, and high-performing creative team Pluses: Strong PowerPoint skills a major plus; functional PPT skills are necessary Design and/or creative skills with experience in developing sales assets a plus (windows-based) Adobe Creative Design Suite skills a plus Experience in the travel industry, financial services industry, or an institutional sales organization a plus LocationUnited States>New Jersey>Jersey City It is our policy to provide equal employment opportunities to all individuals based on job-related qualifications and ability to perform a job, without regard to age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, religion, creed, national origin, disability, genetic information, veteran status, citizenship or marital status, and to maintain a non-discriminatory environment free from intimidation, harassment or bias based upon these grounds.
