A not-for-profit teaching hospital affiliated with Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University, Christiana Care offers an OBGYN residency and Neonatal/Perinatal fellowship.

What makes this opportunity particularly exciting is that construction is underway for a 400,000 square foot, eight story Women and Children building located on the Christiana campus. This building was developed in collaboration with patients and their families, community partners and staff and will better integrate services for mothers and babies and continue to provide an exceptional birth experience for families in Delaware and the region. The anticipated opening date is 2020.
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of ten years healthcare operations management experience, preferably within an acute care environment. This leader must have a Master's degree, MBA or MPH preferred, and possess extensive experience using quality improvement methodologies; preferably with the Lean Six Sigma methodology. Ideally we're seeking candidates who have experience leading healthcare construction projects and who possess strong leadership, financial, program development and physician relations skills.
