Front Office Manager
As a Front Office Manager you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Accountable for the effortless and seamless movement of guests in and out of the resort providing exceptional levels of guest service through the guests stay. Act as Manager on Duty on occasion and respond to emergency calls. Commitment and dedication to our Spirit of Service culture is an expected behavior to be displayed towards our guests and team members at all times.
Ensure all guests/owners are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all Hilton Grand Vacation standards are being applied.
Responsible for training and direction of all department team members.
Ensure all Front Office quality standards are complied with and that all policies and procedures are consistently applied
Work in conjunction with accounting to maintain and minimize levels of account receivables.
Coordinate activities with other hotel departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and guests satisfaction
Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenues while maintaining high levels of guest's expectations.
Supervise the activities of the Front Office
Ensure the timely completion of team member work schedules, and performance appraisals.
Other duties as assigned by management

- Minimum 2 years of management/supervisory experience
- Previous experience working in a hotel/resort industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work in a flexible schedule
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Bachelor's Degree
- More than 2 years working in a managerial role
