Role and Responsibilities

Summary

Verify and receive products or services per written procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Off load trucks

* Verify accuracy of shipment

* Visually inspect shipment

* Record shipment into CAE's computer system

* Additional cross training in Shipping, Incoming Inspection and Stockroom

Qualifications and Education Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

* Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, data sheets, work orders, withdraw slips, pick list and procedure manuals

* Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide

* Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standard situations

* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out verbal written instructions

* Fork lift license desirable (and/or ability to obtain a forklift operations license).

* High School diploma or equivalent

* Active US DoD Personal Security Clearance

Security Responsibilities

Compliance with all company Information Systems security policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper classification and marking of all information and materials, in any form, produced by the incumbent. Shall be assigned specific responsibility for Information Security by immediate supervisor or department management. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. Incumbent shall execute company non-disclosure agreement prior to access to any controlled information.

* Incumbent must have a DoD Personal Security Clearance.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, bar code label printer and reader, filing cabinets and fax machines.
