The Distribution Center Coordinator will work as the ?on-site? contact representing the Shop Disney Parks? (SDP) merchandising group interests to update order and inventory status, expedite requests, and track merchandise fulfilled by a third party logistics provider.

**Responsibilities :** The Coordinator, in support of the Ecommerce Relationship Manager, is in charge of the following areas:

+ Partner with on-site and off-site leaders to ensure completion of daily tasks and long term project plans

+ Ensure SDP orders are picked, packed, and shipped per agreement with third party logistics provider

+ Monitor inventory levels and movement using manual and computerized inventory systems

+ Assist in monitoring issues with orders and inventory to ensure resolution

+ Develop and review compiled fulfillment reports

+ Assist in troubleshooting system and process issues, implementing improvement efforts both day-to-day and through peak season

+ Monitor the service level summary (SLS) for accuracy

+ Liaison with Guest Services call center and WDW Shop Disney Parks Operation leaders to troubleshoot order status issues and provide resolution

**Basic Qualifications :**

+ Proven strong background in warehousing and distribution, 3-5 years minimum

+ Recognized experience and a strong understanding of a warehouse management system (WMS) ? Automation and RF experience a plus

+ Demonstrated computer proficiency to include Windows and Microsoft applications (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with ability to learn new applications quickly

+ Project management skills and abilities

+ Enthusiastic, driven, self-motivated individual who is capable of working with individuals at all levels in the organization

+ Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Demonstrated ability to manage conflict/resolution

+ Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays

**Required Education :**

+ BA/BS in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
