Job Description

As a NOC Technician you will work directly with our clients in an energetic and team-based help desk environment to document, diagnose and resolve technical issues. Experience in trouble shooting or customer support is a plus but definitely not necessary. Our technical center provides a unique environment in which you will be troubleshooting a variety of equipment and technologies such as:

  • Windows XP, Vista 7,8, 10, Mac OS X
  • OS, Android, Windows Phone
  • Modern browsers (IE,, Firefox, Safari, Chrome)
  • Microsoft Outlook and email fundamentals
  • Switches (Cisco, SMC, HP, Motorola)
  • Wireless Access Points (Cisco, Ruckus, Motorola)
  • Game Consoles (XBOX/XBOX/PS3/PS4)
