General Manager Description:

  • Accountable for achieving budgeted revenue and GOP
  • Maintain and exceed operational and service standards
  • Follow company mission statement for outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Provide positive leadership for operational areas of responsibility
  • Lead and manage staff

General Manager Experience:

  • Strong, visible leadership skills - clear progression and desire to advance
  • MINIMUM two years in budget or limited service hotel concept
  • Sales experience required
  • Above average financial acumen - must know how to dissect a P&L and make adjustments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
