HR Assistant (Bilingual Spanish)
Organizes and maintains paper and electronic filing system and personnel records including creation of personnel file upon start date of each new hire
Performs i-9 / e-verification and support as needed (requires experience or training on everification)
Process health insurance enrollment forms
Interprets HR policies, procedures, and maintains confidentiality of propriety information
Process unemployment requests
Process employment verifications
