Job Description

Employment Compliance

Organizes and maintains paper and electronic filing system and personnel records including creation of personnel file upon start date of each new hire

Performs i-9 / e-verification and support as needed (requires experience or training on everification)

Process health insurance enrollment forms

Interprets HR policies, procedures, and maintains confidentiality of propriety information

Process unemployment requests

Process employment verifications

Process terminations

Reporting

Supports the production and dissemination of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports May be responsible for select data collection, analysis and report development, under the direction of the group's reporting specialist
